• 1860: Foundation of the company by Jakob Baumann in Horgen (Switzerland)
  Production of roller blinds and wood venetian blinds
• 1939:    Foundation of the first  commercial subsidiary in Switzerland
• 1958:    The company extends its range of products with venetian blinds made with aluminium slats
• 1970:    The new factory moves to Wädenswil.
• 2005:    Foundation of the commercial subsidiary in France
